Discover the exceptional capabilities of our Track Reclaimer, a revolutionary unloading solution specifically designed for flat-bottom silos. Perfect for handling general bulk materials like soybeans and corn, this equipment excels in silo unloading tasks. It features a sophisticated assembly composed of a central rotary unit, a spiral shaft, a feed trough, and a cutting-edge revolution propulsion device. At the heart of its operation lies the central rotary assembly, which dynamically powers the spiral shaft. The main motor, coupled with the main reducer, expertly rotates the spiral shaft, effortlessly moving surrounding materials towards the central discharge port. Once there, materials gracefully flow onto the unloading conveyor scraper via a precisely engineered feed flow pipe under the silo. Meanwhile, the revolution reducer orchestrates the gear's movement along the revolution track, synchronizing the rotation of the spiral shaft, chute, and central rotary assembly. This seamless dual action of rotation and revolution ensures a consistent material level drop and achieves an efficient first-in-first-out process, redefining efficiency in material handling.
Applicable working conditions | Forced discharge of fully loaded grain materials from the silo for grain materials with poor flowability such as soybean meal, wheat bran, etc. |
Applicable materials | materials in the shape of meal, hide or shells: soybean meal, wheat bran, cassava and wood dust; coal dust, chemical products, |
Applicable silo | Flat-bottom silo |
Applicable silo diameter | 16-28m |
Liquidation capacity | 80-400tph |
Equipment advantage | There is a trough behind the spiral shaft, which is less resistant to the rotation of the spiral shaft than the cantilever type silo dispenser, and the thickness of the grain remaining in the silo after dispensing is low, resulting in a high dispensing capacity; the male rotating propulsion device is located in the off-shaft of the silo perimeter, resulting in high maintainability |
