It features a robust central rotary assembly, a durable spiral shaft, a well-designed feed trough, and a high-performance revolution propulsion device. The core component, the central rotary assembly, serves as the powerhouse of the spiral shaft, enabling seamless operation. Driven by a powerful main motor connected through the primary reducer, it skillfully transports materials to the central discharge port. Subsequently, the materials elegantly cascade onto the unloading conveyor scraper beneath the silo through a precisely designed feed flow pipe. The advanced revolution reducer engages the gear to rotate along the revolution track, setting the spiral shaft, chute, and central rotary assembly in motion. Through the synchronized actions of rotation and revolution, the equipment magnificently accomplishes a uniform material descent and a first-in-first-out unloading process.
