The Track Reclaimer is a type of unloading equipment used in flat-bottom silo. It is suitable for general bulk materials (such as soybeans, corn, etc.) silo unloading tasks. The equipment is mainly composed of a central rotary assembly, a spiral shaft, a feed trough, and a revolution propulsion device. The central rotary assembly is the power output device of the spiral shaft. The main motor drives the spiral shaft to rotate through the main reducer, conveying surrounding materials to the central discharging port. The materials then flow onto the unloading conveyor scraper under the silo via a feed flow pipe. The revolution reducer drives the gear to revolve on the revolution track, driving the spiral shaft, the chute and the central rotary assembly to revolve. Under the dual action of the spiral shaft rotation and revolution, the equipment achieves uniform material level drop and first-in-first-out.
Applicable working conditions | Forced discharge of fully loaded grain materials from the silo for grain materials with poor flowability such as soybean meal, wheat bran, etc. |
Applicable materials | materials in the shape of meal, hide or shells: soybean meal, wheat bran, cassava and wood dust; coal dust, chemical products, |
Applicable silo | Flat-bottom silo |
Applicable silo diameter | 16-28m |
Liquidation capacity | 80-400tph |
Equipment advantage | There is a trough behind the spiral shaft, which is less resistant to the rotation of the spiral shaft than the cantilever type silo dispenser, and the thickness of the grain remaining in the silo after dispensing is low, resulting in a high dispensing capacity; the male rotating propulsion device is located in the off-shaft of the silo perimeter, resulting in high maintainability |
