The Track Reclaimer revolutionizes unloading operations within flat-bottom silos, expertly designed for handling a variety of bulk materials such as soybeans and corn. This sophisticated equipment features an innovative central rotary assembly, spiral shaft, feed trough, and a revolution propulsion device. The heart of this system, the central rotary assembly, acts as the powerhouse, driving the spiral shaft via the primary motor through a main reducer, efficiently channeling materials to the central discharge port. Once there, materials elegantly transition onto the unloading conveyor scraper under the silo through a precisely engineered feed flow pipe. The revolution reducer then propels the gear along the revolution track, synchronizing the movement of the spiral shaft, chute, and central rotary assembly. This dual action of rotation and revolution ensures a consistent material level drop, adhering to a first-in-first-out principle, making operations seamless and exceptionally efficient.
