Ideal for a variety of bulk materials such as soybeans and corn, this equipment revolutionizes silo unloading with its sophisticated engineering. The core is comprised of a central rotary assembly, a spiral shaft, a feed trough, and a revolution propulsion device, all working in harmony. The central rotary assembly functions as the powerhouse, driving the spiral shaft through the main reducer. This action seamlessly conveys materials to the central discharge port, which then cascade down the unloading conveyor scraper via a strategically designed feed flow pipe. The revolution reducer adds another layer of precision by driving the gear along the revolution track, orchestrating a synchronized movement of the spiral shaft, chute, and central rotary assembly. Through the ingenious coordination of rotation and revolution, the Track Reclaimer ensures a controlled, uniform drop in material levels and guarantees a first-in-first-out processing.
