Its sophisticated design features a central rotary assembly, a spiral shaft, a feed trough, and a revolution propulsion device, all working in harmony to ensure smooth operations. The central rotary assembly serves as the power hub, seamlessly driving the spiral shaft through the main motor and reducer. This action facilitates the steady flow of materials to the central discharging port, where they are directed onto the unloading conveyor scraper beneath the silo through a specially designed feed flow pipe. The revolution reducer ensures precision by guiding the gear along the revolution track, propelling the spiral shaft, chute, and central rotary assembly with impeccable accuracy. This dual-motion system, combining rotation and revolution, guarantees an even material level drop, adhering to the highest standards of first-in-first-out efficiency.
