Handling meal with high oil and protein contents, particularly prone to forming stubborn layers, demands advanced solutions. Our system ingeniously incorporates a dedicated reverse bin system: exit scraper from reverse bin → bucket lift to reverse bin → entry scraper into reverse bin. This ensures operational excellence and reliability, allowing the equipment to function seamlessly, even at set intervals without discharge, thus preventing material hardening that could otherwise impede the spiral shaft and compromise equipment startup.
